The Oxford academic experience
Our Oxford summer school gives students an authentic taste of life at the University of Oxford, eating, sleeping and studying on campus at the most renowned colleges. Teaching methods not only develop academic knowledge, but sharpen crucial skills from public speaking to critical thinking. Against this backdrop, participants can’t help but be inspired by the atmosphere of excellence that Oxford University provides.
Beyond the classroom
We believe education extends far beyond the classroom. That’s why enriching social events and cultural excursions are a vital part of the Oxford Royale experience. During afternoons and weekends, students have the opportunity to explore Oxford’s famous landmarks, such as the Bodleian Library and Ashmolean Museum; immerse themselves in Oxford’s cultural pursuits, such as punting; and attend the many exciting events on offer (cue parties, sports and graduation ceremonies).
The Cambridge academic experience
Our Cambridge summer school gives students an authentic taste of life at the University of Cambridge, eating, sleeping and studying on campus at one of the most renowned colleges, Clare College. Against this backdrop, participants can’t help but be inspired by the atmosphere of excellence that Cambridge University provides.
Beyond the classroom
Enriching social events and cultural excursions are a vital part of the Oxford Royale experience. During afternoons and weekends, students have the opportunity to explore Cambridge’s famous landmarks, such as Fitzwilliam Museum; immerse themselves in Cambridge’s cultural pursuits, such as punting; and attend the many exciting activities on offer (cue parties, sports and graduation ceremonies).
The London academic experience
Our London Summer School gives students an authentic taste of life on campus at Imperial College London, a world-leading university that has inspired some of history's greatest minds. Against this backdrop, young people can’t help but be inspired by the atmosphere of excellence that our summer school provides.
Beyond the classroom
Enriching social events and cultural excursions are a vital part of the Oxford Royale experience. In the afternoons and on weekends, students can explore London’s world-famous attractions, such as the British Museum, Tower Bridge, and Buckingham Palace; immerse themselves in quintessential British activities, such as afternoon tea or river cruises; shop in style at quirky markets or upscale departments stores; and participate in exciting events, including sports, evening socials, and a memorable graduation ceremony.
The Yale academic experience
Our summer programme at Yale provides students with a unique opportunity to study on campus at one of the world’s most historic and prestigious institutions. As part of the Ivy League, Yale has shaped some of history’s greatest leaders, innovators, and thinkers, including 5 former presidents. Our students will immerse themselves in Yale’s inspiring academic environment while diving into their favourite subjects.
Beyond the classroom
Social events and cultural excursions are a core part of the Oxford Royale experience. Students will enjoy activities such as campus-wide games, evening socials, and a celebratory graduation ceremony. They will also venture beyond New Haven to explore the energy and excitement of New York City, visiting iconic landmarks such as Times Square, Central Park, and the Statue of Liberty. These experiences, combined with the enriching activities on campus, create memories that will last a lifetime.
The Ivy League academic experience
Our New York Summer School gives students an authentic taste of life at one of the most prestigious universities in the USA, and will allow them to dive into a subject they love in an immersive and engaging environment. From hands-on workshops and practical challenges, to industry visits and city tours, participants can’t help but be inspired.
Beyond the classroom
There’s no end to what students could get up to outside of the classroom. Culturally enriching tours and sightseeing will allow students to soak up the atmosphere of New York, including visits to renowned museums and art galleries. They will also have plenty of time to explore the high-end boutiques of Fifth Avenue or the trendy shops in SoHo – and try the famous New York pizza!
Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Sharpen critical thinking, business modelling, presentation and leadership skills through analysis of the challenges business and entrepreneurs today face. Students will explore how successful businesses can innovate to keep up with developments and learn to develop their business mindset to become an entrepreneur of tomorrow.
Medicine

Gain a deeper understanding of the roles within medicine and the required skills. Using case-based learning, students explore key systems in health, disease and examination, and apply theory to practise as they develop skills such as medical-history taking, doctor-patient interactions and conducting A-E assessments.

Oxford Royale’s History, Philosophy & Literature Summer School offers a comprehensive journey through centuries of history and philosophy, exploring the key ideas, thinkers, and events that shaped our world. From the classical period to the modern day, students will examine how philosophical ideas influenced historical progress, with an insight into how writers captured the zeitgeist of their time.
Experimental Psychology

Delve into the workings of the human brain, mind and behaviour as you explore topics such as memory, identity, mental health and childhood development. Dr Anisa Butt
Business & Entrepreneurship
A member of the Oxford Royale team for 3 years, Dr Anisa Butt is a lecturer in economics at King’s College London. Currently completing a PhD in Economics from the University of Reading, her focus is on gender and ethnic income inequality.
Dr Ameer Janabi
Engineering
Dr Ameer Janabi, a researcher at the University of Cambridge, is an accomplished entrepreneur with multiple successful ventures in the engineering industry, specifically in electric mobility and power electronics, both in the UK and US.
Dr Abdulazeez Imam
Medicine
Dr Imam, lecturer in Medicine, has over 14 years of clinical experience and a strong commitment to medical education. He completed a 6 year Paediatric programme in Nigeria and is currently studying for a PhD at the University of Oxford.
Dr Claire Keene
Medicine
Dr Claire Keene is a public health clinician with a masters in International Health and Tropical Medicine from the University of Oxford. She is an experienced clinical trial manager, recently managing a Médecins Sans Frontières project on HIV and tuberculosis.
